Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–3 business days
- Other major cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all orders above PKR 3,500
- Standard delivery charge applies on orders below PKR 3,500
Cash on Delivery (COD)Â We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to track your delivery in real time.
Delays Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.
